Welcome, one and all, to Still Waters Wisdom!


I am Jagan Ram Garikapaty, the Founder and Director of this organization. As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I created this project to spread yoga to people of all ages. First of all, I want to give my sincere gratitude and humble obeisances to my Yoga Guru Sri Subbarao Nemani ji of Vivekananda Yoga, San Diego. This blog space is to spread awareness and knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Pranayama, as described in its purest form in the ancient Upanishads scriptures ,Bhagavadgeeta along with Pantanjali Yoga Sutras , supported by current scientific studies and research.


How Yoga Impacts Health and Wellness


Practicing yoga doesn't just lead to a calmness of mind and mental stability - various studies have shown that yoga and ayurveda practices can be used to treat various diseases from cardiac to psychological. These blogs are meant to give light to this research and how yoga contributes to it.

The Start of a Movement of Positivity and Joy!

Through Still Waters Wisdom, I aim to elucidate to the current generation the benefits practicing yoga gives, and through this we can create a new movement of positivity and joy by incorporating yoga as a part of our daily lives!
